Shuru on Linux
is live for ARM64 hosts.

Shuru now publishes Linux CLI builds in GitHub Releases. They target Linux ARM64 and use a KVM backend in place of Apple's Virtualization.framework. Homebrew remains macOS-only; on Linux, the install script is the path.

This is the experimental track. It is useful for evaluating shuru on ARM servers and Linux workstations, but it is not production-ready yet while we keep closing gaps between the macOS and Linux backends.

Setup and prerequisites

Full instructions live on the Linux setup page: prerequisites (ARM64, /dev/kvm, kvm group), install script, first run, and troubleshooting.
